After breaking down on the side of the highway (which is stressful enough on its own), I called them for a tow — and from the very first phone call to the moment we said goodbye to the tow operator, the experience was absolutely outstanding. The person who answered the phone was calm, professional, and reassuring. They made a stressful situation feel manageable right away. These guys saved the day for me! William was able to pull my big dually flatbed out of the mud up a near 45 degree slope about 50 yards. He was cllected, gave good instructions. Great to work with. Didn't take that long for the nature of the job and for a great price!

Midnight Special saved the day! They got to me within about 30 minutes of my initial call and were so accommodating. I got a flatbed tow for my SUV. The driver was very careful with my vehicle. He was very friendly and even waited for my fiancé to arrive so that I could wait in my car in the heat before he loaded up my car. Great pricing, great people. my car is totaled and I didn't know what to do but when I talked to Midnight Special I think her name was ADELL she explained to me about my title and actually made me feel better about everything. Tod came out to tow my car to the dealership because something happened and my sway bar had broken off, but got fixed. Well, today something was scraping metal going down the highway so loud over the radio and I thought I’d broken it again; or the bolts had stripped down and came loose again but something was definitely scratching the highway. It was warranted so I was directed to call. It was a piece of metal alright and I had picked it up somewhere and just needed to be pulled out. Like a coat hanger. Thank goodness it didn’t hurt anything and he was so good to me and let me go. Purdy quick too. Thanks guys. Your #1.

My daughters tire popped caused her to total her vehicle otw to school, they put us thru a process just to get her items out of the car after the wreck, the vehicle was in her gpa name but insurance in hers n gmas. It was truely a headache but they have a job to do too. Thx u guys.

The customer service on the phone was helpful, and the driver Daniel was really nice and professional. He even suggested to take my car to the service center instead of my home, which would definitely save some bucks. The pick-up and drop-off also were handled quickly and efficiently. So we needed a tow the other night at about 2:00 am. We were using our Nationwide roadside service. Called them and they scheduled a tow from CAF Wrecker. They never made it to pick up the vehicle. Made several attempts to reach out but tmwith no luck. Nationwide roadside service left me stranded. So I started calling around to the 24 hour towing companies. Hickory Wrecker didn't want to come out untill the next day. Not surprised, I used them before. Called Jim's Wrecker and Storage and they sent out the Midnight Special. So grateful for them. They were there with about 30 minutes or less. Had no problems getting the vehicle loaded and delivered to the destination that I requested. I would highly recommend this company. If i ever need another tow I'll skip all the rest and use the best! Great job 👍
